Kyogre: Kyogre has always been a meta staple, but is in it's strongest shape ever thanks to a boost to Waterfall's energy generation and Avalanche coverage against Dragons. Origin Pulse is its best attack for neutral matchups, while Thunder is a coverage option that's more likely to see use in Mega Master League.
